SUMMER
FLOW CLUB CHALLENGE

Looking to keep up the training and have some fun over summer? This year for the first time The Compound Training is running its summer flow club challenge all through December and January.

So, how does it work? The Flow Club Challenge consist of 3 different challenges: 2 Speed Courses and 1 Wingnut Challenge. Throughout the Summer you can come in and try any of the challenges during our regular free style or coached classes, and submit your score, which just needs to be sighted by someone else, to our online spreadsheet. You can try each challenge as many times as you like to improve your score!

Where do I see the courses? The courses can be found on our socials, through scanning the flow club QR code at the gym, or by asking one of our friendly coach.

How is it scored? Upon sign up you’ll be placed into a random team, when you submit your scores, you’ll be ranked against everyone else participating in the challenge, the higher your rank, the better your score.

How much does it cost? Entry to the challenge is just $5! This is a one off fee to get you put on a team. Then you’ll just need to pay for your sessions the way you normally would with a casual pass or 10 pack (or membership if you’re really cool.)

Are there prizes? You bet! Remember that $5 you paid to enter onto a team? Well, all that money will get distributed amongst the winning team!

Where do I sign up? Follow the link below and enter into our Flow Cub Event to pay your $5 and be assigned to a team, just let us know you’ve done it next time you’re in.

The Event says January 31st, is it only on this day? No! this is just a place holder so we know you’re participating, the event runs through all of December and January.

So, what are you waiting for? Get involved and have some fun this summer at The Compound!
