Our facility has tons of obstacles to suit all fitness levels, to make sure every student is both challenged and rewarded.
The sessions can be catered to your needs, whether you’re looking for more teambuilding, fitness, or just to try something different, we’ve got you covered.
Our group sessions can be organised at a time to suit you, be sure to give us a call to find out availabilities.
Sessions are generally 60-90 minutes in duration, are run by our ninja and obstacle coaches, with the format roughly as follows:
· Warm up
· How to fall/land safely lesson
· Obstacle coaching
· Ninja warrior/obstacle course
· Cool down
