The Compound has coaches who are experts in helping you learn and achieve goals in:

  • General Fitness and Cardio
  • Ninja Warrior Obstacles
  • Spartan and Obstacle Course Racing
  • Bodyweight Strength and Movement
  • Weight Training and Conditioning

Sessions are available at either 45mins or 60 mins at a time convinient to you.
