GROUP TRAINING

Our indoor Bayswater training sessions are designed so you can work at your own fitness level. We are focused on core strength and using correct techniques, with warm up and cool down and stretching all part of our circuit training sessions.

Our indoor areas’s are well lit, so training in the evening or early in the morning is no problem!

ABOUT OUR OBSTACLE COURSE

The Obstacle Course is a perfect training ground for any fitness level whether you’re doing your first Tough Mudder or training for a Spartan Race. It’s also great for those seasoned racers who want to get through obstacles faster and improve their obstacle race fitness.

They’re great fun for fitness or if you’re training for a specific obstacle racing event. We cater to all levels, whether you are a beginner or someone who really wants to challenge themselves and gravity!

We can also teach you how to climb and traverse ropes, scale walls, jump fences, cross monkey bars, traverse walls and many other obstacles. Our aim is to show you the most efficient ways of doing the obstacles covering all levels.

GROUP TRAINING CLASSES

CARDIO & RESISTANCE TRAINING
Sessions will vary, generally bootcamp cardio and resistance style training: Can include cardio, use of body weight and equipment such as kettlebells, obstacles, dumbbells, TRX, sandbags, sleds, tyres, bands etc. Core, mobility and small muscle strengthening.

You must be 16 and over to attend this session.

SPARTAN & OBSTACLE TRAINING
A total body strength and conditioning training program using equipment and obstacles (such as rope climb, olympus, 6ft and 8ft walls, cargo net, traverse wall, fortress, rings and monkey bars). We will also be giving advice on obstacle technique to help prepare you for your upcoming Spartan or obstacle race. All fitness level welcome.
 
You must be 16 and over to attend this class.

STRENGTH TRAINING
Build muscular strength and endurance using bodyweight and equipment such as kettlebells, obstacles, dumbbells, TRX, sandbags, sleds, bands, etc. Slower movements with heavier resistance.

BOXING
A high intensity workout using bodyweight, boxing bags and pads, skipping etc These workouts may be partnered workouts or circuit workouts.

BODY WEIGHT / BAR STRENGTH
Building strength and core using bodyweight exercise and bars, progressions towards moves such as muscle ups, levers, etc. For all fitness levels.
