Are you ready to take your core strength to the next level? Our new Toes to Bar/Knees to Chest Challenge is just what you need to push past those plateaus and build the strength and flexibility you’ve been aiming for.

What’s the Challenge?

This challenge is designed (but not exclusively) for everyone who comes to the gym—whether you’re looking to improve your core strength, transition from knees to chest to toes to bar, or even master the elusive tuck hold or L-sit.

The goal? Complete 200 reps per week over 4 weeks, and you’ll see significant improvements in your core, hamstrings, and overall flexibility.

Think 5 days a week, or just 40 reps per day. Easy, right?

Why Join the Challenge?

Toes to bar and knees to chest are powerful moves that do more than just strengthen your core. They also enhance hamstring flexibility, which is crucial for a variety of fitness activities—whether it’s lifting, ninja training, calisthenics, or even running recovery. Plus, the extra core strength will boost your kick-up power for laches, giving you that extra edge.

But that’s not all. Challenges like this are a great way to break through fitness plateaus and take your skills to the next level. When you’re part of a community working toward the same goal, you’ll find more support, accountability, and inspiration to keep hitting your numbers.

No Cost, No Pressure—Just Progress!

This 4-week challenge is completely free and open to everyone—not just gym members. If you completed the pull-up/muscle-up challenge, our board has been updated so you can track your daily progress and see how others are doing.

You better believe Clem is setting a personal goal to improve his toes to bar by getting those legs straighter and closer to his head—no head-throwing needed!

It’s all about building the strength and flexibility that will help him—and you—move closer to more advanced movements like the press to handstand.

So why not join in? It’s a fun, supportive way to push your limits and see real progress. Whether you’re aiming for a new skill or just want to build a stronger core, this challenge is for you.
