Last month, the Compound Training hosted an incredible and adrenaline-fueled Ninja Warrior event that left spectators on the edge of their seats. What made this competition particularly remarkable was the variety of competitors that participated. Out of the 21 talented athletes, three were new to the sport and eager to show off their skills. On the other hand, eight were experienced Ninjas, while 10 were seasoned Ninja Elites, showcasing the best of the best in the ninja community.

The smaller-sized field of competitors did not take away from the intensity of the performances. Each participant showed off their incredible strength, agility, and balance while facing the daunting obstacles created to test their abilities. The sideways lache, in particular, proved to be a challenging obstacle that caused much apprehension among the competitors. Nevertheless, it demonstrated the essential skills required to become a Ninja Warrior.

The Compound Training’s Ninja Warrior course was designed for maximum difficulty, with a range of obstacles such as the iconic and infamous Salmon Ladder, swinging ropes, a tilting grip strength test, a line of balance obstacles, precision jumps, and the daunting 4.225m Warped Wall. The diverse and challenging obstacles never failed to impress, ultimately creating an unforgettable show that was a joy for everyone to witness.
